Closed Software packages: We cannot accept returns of software once the package has been opened. Once the seal on the software package has been broken, the sale is considered to be "final". If the original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
Products designated as "all sales final", "no returns" or similar language may not be returned: In addition, custom made products such as Desktop Computers or Laptops, graphics, and other custom work may not be returned for any reason
Defective Returns: This policy does not apply to software. If your product is defective, please call us at 1-888-MYDWARE as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). We may elect to either send the parts required to remedy the defective item or to replace the entire unit. In the event we elect to replace the entire unit, we will only replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. The defective item must be returned, and replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. In either event, shipping will be at our choice and expense.

Return Authorization Numbers: All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or reissued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resaleable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. In the event we receive an incomplete or unauthorized return, we will not return the item. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for the product's safe return to MYDWARE, we therefore suggest that you ship it with a signature required upon receipt.
MYDWARE reserves the right to deny any return which we deem unacceptable or which violates any of the above conditions at our sole discretion. There will be no reimbursements made for shipping & handling charges as these are out of our control.
