Announce Queue Toll Free Callers

Feature Description
This allows you to enable or disable the announcement of toll free callers to your agents. Since Toll
Free minute chargers are typically higher than local reach number costs some companies may opt to
call the customer back over a local number instead of continue to talk over the toll free number. For
this reason you can have your PBX announce (Toll Free Caller From Sales Queue, Toll Free Caller
From Billing Queue, Toll Free Caller From Support Queue etc etc etc), these announcements are
similar to "Call Queue Announcements" except that they are played back to the agent only when a toll
free caller is detected. This message is played to to the agent before the call is connected. For this
feature to work there needs to be recordings made for the respective call queues on your PBX. This
can be done in your own voice or by using our professional recording services.
