Call Queue Announcements
Feature DescriptionYour call queues can announce to the agent what queue a caller has come in on. This message is
played to the agent before the agent and caller are connected. (Example: Caller from Sales Queue,
Caller From Support Queue, Caller From Billing Queue etc....). This feature is useful if your agents
answer more than one call queue. It can prepare the agent for the call and also let them know how
they should answer the phone. For this feature to work there needs to be recordings made for the
respective call queues on your PBX. This can be done in your own voice or by using our professional
recording services.
