Do Not Annoy
Feature DescriptionThis feature is similar to Do Not Disturb (DND) and Black List (BL) with one very important
difference. While DND sends “everyone” into voicemail, and BL blocks a phone number from calling
you entirely – Do Not Annoy (DNA) allows a person to call you but to never be able to reach you in
person – they will always get your voicemail.
How It Works:
When you add a phone number to your DNA list and they call you, the system will detect them as an
“annoying caller”. When this happens the caller hears a “Ring Ring Ring sound recording” which
lasts the exact same amount of time as your ring duration.
To the caller they think your phone is ringing, but in all actuality its not. After the caller has been
listening to the “Ring Ring Ring sound file” for your Ring Duration - they are automatically sent into
your voicemail. The end result is any time this person calls you, you will never answer the phone to
them because your phone will never ring for this caller. You will know they called if they leave you a
voicemail.
The caller will have absolutely no indication you have added them to the DNA list, as far as they can
tell your just very busy and they always get your voicemail.
