Follow Me

Feature Description
Follow Me service is used to allow one central number to ring up to 3 separate telephone numbers or
extensions. When Follow Me is enabled and someone calls your extension the system will first
attempt to reach you by your extension, then by up to 3 separate telephone numbers or extensions
such as a co-workers extension, a cellular number or any other alternate number. When Follow Me is
enabled the caller will be asked to say their name. Each time a Follow Me number is dialled the
person answering the phone will hear “You have an incoming call from [PERSON XYZ], Press 1 to
accept this call or 2 to reject it”, this ensures that your kids at home don't answer a work related call.
This can be enabled or disabled on a per extension basis.
