Privacy Manager

Feature Description
Privacy manager allows you to screen callers who are unidentified or have blocked caller ID. When
this feature is enabled the caller will hear a message that you do not accept unidentified calls. It will
then prompt them to enter their telephone number. Once your phone starts ringing your Caller ID
Name will show “Privacy Manager”, and your caller ID Number will show the telephone number that
the caller entered. This lets you know that the caller has come in over the Privacy Manager feature.
This can be enabled or disabled on a per extension basis.
