Record Closed for Holiday

Feature Description
This option lets you record a closed for the holiday(s) menu system for your customers to hear if they
call you when its a holiday. This menu can be recorded as many times as you like for each holiday
(EX: Christmas, New Years, Labour Day etc....) - This menu will be played when a PBX HOURS rule
is defined that matches a holiday that you have specified. When the webportal launches you will be
able to define your PBX HOURS for both Holidays, Weekdays and Weekends with out needing to
contact us. For now please let us know which holidays you would like defined and we will add it to
the database for you. For each holiday we add this menu will be played. You can record this message
in your own voice, or you can use our professional recording services.
