Set Operator Extension

Feature Description
This option lets you set which extension will act as the operator extension when someone presses zero
during the main menu. It will also allow you to change this on the fly as you see necessary. Assume
your secretary is away sick, and you want to answer the operator / reception calls. With this feature
you set your extension as the Operator extension so no calls are missed. The next day when the
operator / receptionist returns to work you set it back to their extension.

Special Note: You must be a PBX Administrator to access this functionality.
